Santa Rosa’s Beach Club Restaurant has added a sushi night to the weekly mix every Thursday and I’ve been a few times now. It’s so good! The menu is somewhat limited but most of the favorites are there and Chuk (who used to roll sushi back in the 331/Blue Bar days) always has a few extras. Edamame is usually my first stop before moving on to salmon/avocado, spicy shrimp or spider rolls.

Between the sushi and my lemon drop martini, I was quite a happy camper. Can you tell we were excited? 
Of course, it’s always fun to eat and see Christine and Lindsay’s smiling faces! I recommend a visit anytime, but especially for sushi Thursdays!
