Today I took Emery out on her first stroll complete with new stroller, walking buddy (mom) and old houses to look at along the way. We loaded up and headed to the lake in Defuniak to get some fresh air and see what she thought of everything. The lake is supposedly one of two perfectly round lakes in the world and is surrounded by sweet southern homes all along the one-mile circle. Turns out the little monkey slept through it all with barely a peep made the whole time, but mom and I had fun checking out the old houses and imagining what we would do if they were our projects.
