Today’s weather was a little blah with grey skies and clouds, but yesterday was one of the best beach days we’ve had yet. I even found a new suit at Tar-jay, which was only $30 for both pieces. (It looks a lot better with a tan.) I’ve been on the lookout for a cute bandeau top since my strapless bridesmaid dress will be worn in no less than 5 weeks and we all know how unfashionable tan lines are. I bought the white bandeau top from Victoria’s Secret (you know — the one with the brown jewel on top and green floral bottoms), but it was definitely a no-go. This one does the trick for half the price.
While soaking up the rays, we even watched a crew set up what looked like it was going to be one fabulous wedding reception, complete with two bars, great decor and even a cool lounge area (which you can see the back of below). By the time the sun set, the groom was jammin’ out onstage with a full band and everyone seemed to be having a blast. Another fun day at the beach!
