It’s Sephora haul time, my friends!
Let’s talk about that feeling when you stroll into Sephora and walk out with a bag full of goodies that promise to elevate your makeup game to a whole new level of fabulousness. It’s been absolute ages since I had the luxury to shop in person because 1- it’s a 30 min drive to our closest store and 2- my kid chauffeur schedule is pretty full right now. I love grabbing what I need online, but recently, I indulged in a real life Sephora trip with a haul that is just what I needed to refill a couple faves with a few new products to try.
So, what’s in my bag? Let’s dive in!
Sephora Haul
Necessaire THE Deodorant Gel
First up, we have the Necessaire The Deodorant Gel. With its clean formula and chic packaging, this deodorant not only keeps me feeling fresh but also aligns with my new interest in cleaner beauty choices. There’s hyaluronic acid to gently exfoliate your underarms so they are smooth and lovely for warm days ahead. Plus, it’s aluminum-free, making it a win-win for my skin and the environment.
Glow Recipe Dew Drops Serum
Next, there’s the Glow Recipe Watermelon Niacinamide Dew Drops. Infused with juicy watermelon extract and skin-loving niacinamide, this serum-highlighter hybrid promises to give me that coveted lit-from-within glow. This is all over my TikTok and I’m officially convinced to try it after seeing the results. Hello radiant, luminous skin!
Kosas foundation
And oh, let’s talk about this Kosas Foundation. I”ve been waiting for my current foundation to run out to buy this. It’s clean and the ratings are high for medium, but smooth coverage. Formulated with skincare benefits and a seamless, skin-like finish, this foundation promises to blur imperfections while nourishing my skin. Key ingredients like niacinamide and caffeine brightens, squalane and vitamin B5 soothes, peptides and hyaluronic acid plumps and SPF 25 protects. It’s like a filter in a bottle and hopefully will leave me looking effortlessly radiant and glowing.
Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Liner
Now, onto lips! The Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Liner in Soft Pink caught my eye, and for good reason. Its buttery formula glides on like a dream, giving the perfect pouty look while keeping them hydrated and soft. This shade is called soft pink, but I found it to be more of a brown pink. I don’t usually reach for this much of a brown color for my skin tone, but for a slight overlined lip, the bronzy tone works wonders for an oversized but natural lip. Also, an essential for me in liners is a roll-up self sharpening liner. I do not want to use a sharpener if I don’t have to.
tarte the buffer brush
Last but not least, I picked up Tarte’s The Buffer Airbrush Finish Foundation Brush — new to me. With its densely packed bristles and angled shape, this brush is a game-changer for smoother than smooth foundation application. The finish is supposed to be basically flawless. Say goodbye to streaks and hello to airbrushed perfection!
NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil
This one is actually from Ulta, but it was on my list to grab in person so I’m including here. I was wanting to try the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in champagne. This little gem is a multitasking marvel. Whether I’m going for a subtle everyday look or a dramatic smoky eye, its creamy texture and intense pigmentation make it a must-have in my makeup arsenal.
So, why am I so excited to try these goodies? Well, besides the fact that they all look gorgeous sitting on my vanity, each product brings something unique to the table – whether it’s skincare benefits, long-lasting wear, or simply making me feel like the best version of myself. And isn’t that what makeup is all about? Feeling confident, radiant, and ready to conquer the world, one swipe at a time.
