I’m almost always a supporter of black eyeliner – night, day, anytime – as long as it’s done right. A little goes a long way and it really makes eyes pop. It looks like it was a popular choice for up and coming starlets at the Teen Choice Awards on the top, on the bottom, all around or mixed with a little color.
