We were so thrilled to meet up with Julie of I Heart Heels when she stayed in Seaside recently. She is so down-to-earth and we loved gabbing about the beach and fashion over coffee at Amavida. Born and raised in the Deep South (in the heart of the shoe department!), Julie has been visiting our beach area for years. After a brief stint as an intern in NYC at Seventeen and a former beauty editor for a regional home magazine, Julie now scours the country for the cutest ways to wear all of her favorite shoes and clothing. - Breakfast at the RAW & JUICY airstream, wearing orange Soludos. I found a new love for their granola bowl this trip and I bought smoothies there daily.
- I spent one morning at PERSPICASITY IN SEASIDE outdoor shopping wearing my new striped Splendid flip-flops. It’s one of my all-time fave shopping spots and I had my eye on some cute strappy sandals.
- I love sidewalk sale shopping at BAREFOOT PRINCESS AT WATERCOLOR. Here, I’m wearing Coach woven wedges. So much fun Lilly Pulitzer!
- Dinner at BORAGO in GRAYTON BEACH, wearing ankle-strap heels. This is where we had our wedding reception, so we returned here for our 8th wedding anniversary this summer. The chicken linguine is my fave.
