At 34 weeks prego, it’s the little things that I find the most triumph in lately. Getting up from a seated position in under a minute – success! Rolling over from one side to another in bed in the middle of the night – score! Remembering that I need to cook dinner and actually taking something out of the freezer or stopping at the store for milk, etc. – great job! Assembling our new addition to the kitchen/dining area using screws and a power tool? A minor miracle! It probably took me twice as long as it should to put Emery’s high chair together.
Not that she’ll need it anytime soon. After all that work, it’ll probably months before we put it to actual use. At least it looks good!
