The new issue of Glamour (with Katie Holmes on the cover) touts Pantone’s Teal (17-4919) as the classic shade that flatters anyone. Pantone says its “a perfectly balanced blue-green that makes all skin tones rosier.” I like it! What do you think? Hot or not?
